The pack contains 2 packs of 400g.

Can be stored outside the fridge!

Ingredients:
Cheese (Emmental and Gruyère) 51% , white wine, water, cornflour, Kirsch spirit, emulsifying salt (E 339, E 339, E 452), salt, herbs.

Extra information:
- Made from pasteurised milk, therefore safe for pregnant women.
- Contains alcohol. - Gluten free. (re. coeliacs)
- Lactose: less than 0.1g lactose in 100 g. This is very low.

The Emmi Cheese fondue can be stored for several months.
