The Unika Cheese Slicer cuts both soft and hard cheeses into neat slices without loss of aroma. Because the knife does not rotate, the cheese structure remains intact.Method:Place the cheese on the plastic plate, then move the lever containing the blade downwards. The result is a neat, straight slice of cheese.
The Unika cheese slicer is equipped with two adjusting knobs with which you can regulate the thickness of the slice. The knobs can be adjusted independent of each other so that you can cut a wedge-shaped slice.
