All-purpose knifeNothing is too much for this jack-of-all-trades, be it cheese or its packaging. Thanks to the three holes in the blade the cheese does not stick to the knife. The serrated blade of the all-purpose knife is very sharp and cuts easily through packaging.
Under HACCP regulations, every cheese type must be cut with its own knife. For this purpose, Gouda Cheese Shop offers four types of knives with coloured handles.
Red for red mould cheese
White for white mould cheese
Blue for blue-veined cheese
Green for raw-milk cheese
