The Medium-Size Dutch Cheese Knife is the ideal in-between size for medium-size cheeses (4 kg and halved 12 kg cheeses). With the Extra Long Dutch Cheese Knife you can even cut two adjacent farmhouse cheeses up to 16 kg.
