This Edam cheese is slightly matured and has a very pleasant, mild and full flavour. As this is a semi-hard cheese it is perfectly suitable to be sent abroad by post. Edam cheese is 40+ fat cheese, matured naturally for 8-10 weeks and made from pasteurized cow’s milk.
