What is the difference between organic cheese and other 'normal' cheese? The main difference is that the cow has a very different life. The calves do not get artificial milk, only cow's milk. And further only organic food. In addition, no artificial and/or chemical substances are used to fertilise the land. For the preparation of organic cheese the use of anti fungal or bactericide substances is forbidden. Colorants are not allowed either.
