Maaslander cheese has a delicious, pure and full flavor. Maaslander cheese contains 25% less salt than Gouda 48+ cheese. This is because Maaslander cheeses have been immersed in a brine bath for a shorter period of time. The shorter brine bath also makes sure that more milk liquid is preserved in Maaslander cheese. This makes Maaslander deliciously smooth.
