The cheese matures under continuous control of our quality service until it has reached its perfect flavor. Only then will Old Amsterdam be released for sale. Old Amsterdam does not have the dry and salty properties of ordinary matured cheese, but does have that delicious, rich flavor. This craftsmanship will never disappoint you, regardless of how you buy it: freshly cut or pre-packed.
Ingredients: Fat 48+ , pasteurised cow's milk, rennet, salt, lactic acid, sodium nitrate , annatto , vitamins A, B and D
