Additional Information Grana Padano Cheese
| Recipe | Eiercake met groene asperges en grana padano Bereidingstijd: 30-60 minuten Ingrediënten: Hulpmiddelen: 1 cakevorm van 22 x 10 cm ,aluminiumfolie. Voorbereidingen: Stoom de schoongemaakte asperges in zo′n 15 minuten beetgaar. Vermeng in een kom de eieren met de room, kaas, bieslook, peper en zout. Verwarm de oven voor op 220? C. Bereidingswijze Beboter de vorm en leg op de bodem een laag asperges, maar niet tegen elkaar aan. Schep er een laag van het eimengsel op, dan terug een laag asperges en werk zo verder tot alles opgewerkt is. Dek af met aluminiumfolie en zet 40 minuten in de oven. Verwijder de folie en laat nog 20 minuten verder bakken. Laat afkoelen in de uitgedraaide oven. Serveertips: Snij de cake in dikke plakken en serveer. Dit recept wordt u aangeboden door:  |
