Our packed cheeses come with “Best Before” codes of 6 weeks at least. During these 6 weeks, we can guarantee that your cheese will remain in good condition, provided it is stored in a cool place. This does not mean that you will be unable to consume it after these 6 weeks. It is highly probable that your cheese will remain fit for consumption for several more weeks in its packing. We do advise, however, that upon removal from its vacuum-packing, the cheese is tightly wrapped in cling film or the cheese paper that comes with the parcel, to prevent it drying out.
