All our parcels are insured. If a parcel goes missing with TNT Post or DHL, an investigation may be initiated. If the investigation indicates that the parcel is missing, you are entitled to reimbursement by TNT or DHL. Any possible or unforeseen delays will not entitle you to reimbursement.
