Those both passions were translated by our cheese makers in the recipes and the unique maturing process of Old Amsterdam. The cheese matures under permanent cotrol of our quality department until it has the perfect taste. Only then is Old Amsterdam released for sale. Old Amsterdam has not got the dry and salty elements of normal mature cheese, but with the delicious rich taste. You will always enjoy this craftmanship, irrespective of how you buy Old Amsterdam: in cubes, in slices, grated or as a piece.
The cheese has naturally matured for 14 months.
