It was literally just delivered about 20 mins ago and me and my husband dove straight in, had some with crackers and it was very good!

It obviously isn’t salty like typical cheese and has a slight bitter taste to me (my husband and our daughter didn’t notice it) when eaten alone but it’s creamy, mild and makes my heart happy that I can have some cheese once again. Making pizza tomorrow!

I'm on a low sodium diet and haven't found anywhere else that sells hard sodium-free cheese. This doesn't taste as good as salty cheese and generally it's not worth eating raw, but it works well in cooking and means I can eat cheese on toast and pizza again which is great.
