Cheese knife for soft and semi-hard cheeses. The very narrow blade prevents the cheese from sticking. The elevated handle keeps your hand free from the cutting board. Thisknife has no serration and is easy to clean.
Under HACCP regulations, every cheese type must be cut with its own knife. For this purpose, Gouda Cheese Shop offers four types of knives with coloured handles.
Red for red mould cheese
White for white mould cheese
Blue for blue-veined cheese
Green for raw-milk cheese
