We use GelPacks to ship our products at just the right temperatures. The GelPacks provide cooling for the cheese in summer or in warm regions. Your GelPack will usually have gone soft by the time you receive your product. This does not matter, as we pack our cheese as well as possible, ensuring the cold emitted by the GelPack is isolated within the box.
You may reuse your GelPack if you wish; as a freezer pack, for instance.
