Our parcels are shipped by TNT Post or DHL. As soon as the parcel is shipped, you will receive an automated E-mail containing a unique barcode corresponding to your parcel, as well as a link to the TNT Post or DHL Track&Trace pages. Should you receive a message stating that no shipments corresponding to your barcode have been found, then your shipment is probably underway. TNT Post and DHL both depend on scanning their parcels. This may differ from one country to the next.
