However, when a cheese is labelled 'Gouda Holland', this is the original Dutch Gouda cheese. Of course, this is also the cheese we sell in our shop. We have Gouda cheese on offer of different maturation, ranging from young cheese (matured 4 weeks) to very old cheese (aged 3 or 4 years).

This cheese is labelled ‘extra piquant’ which is an underestimation: the flavour is one of the best in my opinion, and it has a nice firm texture too. Highly recommended & I will be buying this again.

The cheese arrived well wrapped within n a few days of ordering free of charge! Was so much easier and cheaper than buying it in the Netherlands and carrying it back. I am certain the taste will be fabulous too however will have to wait until our weddingday next month.
