The cheese knife Cheesy Amsterdam is especially designed for cutting soft cheeses. With a grating pattern in the blade the cheese is prevented from sticking, because there is less contact between the cheese and the knife. The cheese is therefore easy to cut and does not stick at all. The cheese knife has an ergonomic Soft Grip+ Design, which gives you superb control over cutting your cheese, so you can get exactly the piece of cheese you need. The cheese knife is made of plastic and stainless steel and is dishwasher safe.
