Those who love cheese often can’t resist the temptation to try a new cheese. Sedurre is Italian for 'seduction' and does exactly what the name implies. It tempts to discover, experience and explore the powerful taste of this Dutch cheese with a nod to Italy. Sedurre is enriched with powerful herbs and spices from the Italian kitchen added with a dash of truffle, which gives extra strength to these flavours. Ingredients such as olives, tomatoes, garlic and oregano can be discovered in both the smell and the flavour of the cheese, creating a unique taste experience that can be enjoyed in many ways. For the production of Sedurre fresh meadow milk is used. The cheese is hand-made and matured authentically in 8 to 12 weeks.
Taste Sedurre in different ways
Sedurre cheese is delicious fresh of the knife and cut to be accompanied by drinks, on a cheese platter, on toast or bread. With the addition of Italian herbs and truffles, Sedurre gives a nice and bold flavour to various dishes. Grate the cheese to gratin a dish or to sprinkle the cheese over a pasta, pizza or other dish. The dish itself does not need much addition, because the flavours of Sedurre mix with the ingredients of the dish and work as the perfect seasoning to put something really special on the table. Nobody can resist the temptation of Sedurre.
