What is the difference between organic cheese and other 'normal' cheese? The main difference is that the cow has a very different life. The calves do not get artificial milk, only organic cow's milk. And further only organic food. In addition, no artificial and/or chemical substances are used to fertilise the land. For the preparation of organic cheese the use of anti fungal or bactericide substances is forbidden. Colorants are not allowed either. This is only part of all measures taken to ensure that organic cheese is organically sound. And that is not only good, but delicious too!
