The hard structure of Dutch cheese makes it perfectly suitable for sending by post.
Full of fresh ingredients
During the making of the cheese, pieces of tomato, olives and herbs are added, which give the cheese a delicious, fresh taste. These are well stirred through, before the cheese is pressed into the moulds to harden. The final herb cheese is naturally ripened for 8-10 weeks. This is done on wooden boards in special ripening rooms. The cheeses are regularly turned to keep the correct shape.
Full of fresh ingredients
The basic ingredients of the tomato and olive herb cheese are completely natural, namely cow's milk, rennet, salt and starter. The cheese is also very healthy: it contains vitamins A, B and D. The taste is accessible, so that people who normally find the taste of cheese too strong, will like it. It is probably the reason that this herb cheese is one of our bestsellers.
Perfect for sending
Dutch cheese has a hard structure and is therefore very suitable for sending by mail. The quality of the tomato and olive herb cheese is retained, because we vacuum pack it for you and then wrap it in a cool pack. This keeps it fresh for about 5 to 6 weeks.
