The goats are for example only being fed organic food and there were no chemical and artificial substances used for the fertilization of the land. The taste, however, remains the same: rich, creamy and slightly spicy. A real treat indeed. The young matured organic goats cheese is matured naturally for 8 - 10 weeks.
