The Edam Cheese is globally renowned and has enjoyed immense popularity since the Golden Age. For centuries, this product has made its mark all over the world. The origin of this characteristic round Edam cheese lies in the picturesque town of Edam, located in North Holland. A traditional cheese market is still held here. Our Edam cheese weighs approximately 1.1 kilograms, is wonderfully young and has undergone a natural maturation of eight to ten weeks.
