Extra Matured is real Gouda cheese from North Holland. This delicious Gouda cheese has been made by experienced cheese masters in Lutjewinkel since the sixteenth century. The cheese is made according to a secret North Holland recipe and naturally aged on wooden boards. The creamy, full flavor is due to the use of 100% pure meadow milk.
