All Farmer and pride cheeses are still made here today with craftsmanship and care. The cheeses are largely made by hand, whereby fresh milk is processed directly into delicious, creamy cheese. Thanks to the good care of farmer Herbert, the cows receive all the care and attention they need to produce the best milk.
