Origin
Farmer and pride cheeses are made in the small village of Deurningen, in the middle of Twente, at Estate Kaamps. Farmer Herbert attaches great importance to good care for the cows. He believes that cows are good for you when you are good for them too. Good nutrition is crucial, and therefore farmer Herbert sows extra clover in his meadows for his cows. This creates an even smoother cheese.
