Farmer and pride goat Honey has a full and soft taste thanks to the maturing process of 20 weeks. The cheese is so creamy that it melts on your tongue. The creamy goat cheese is washed with honey, giving it a slightly sweet taste. In addition, honey is also added to the curd during preparation.

Origin

Farmer and pride goat Honey is one of the many specialties of Estate Kaamps. Estate Kaamps is located in the small village of Deurningen, in the middle of Twente. Delicious cheeses are made here daily, with lots of love and craftsmanship. Sustainability and good care for the cows are important at Estate Kaamps. Good nutrition for the cows ultimately results in the best milk, says farmer Herbert. The cows are therefore spoiled with extra clover, which results in softer fats in the milk and an even smoother cheese.

Farmer and pride goat Honey is a delicious creamy, soft cheese. This makes the cheese ideally suited as a tasty sandwich spread. It is also a true enrichment in salads or on a cheese board.
