The seeds are used in fenugreek cheese: a cheese with a slightly nutty flavour because of those seeds. The fenugreek seeds are very healthy and nutritious and it is said that these seeds are great for your digestive system. Above all the fenugreek cheese tastes great: it has an interesting nutty flavour. Fenugreek cheese is matured naturally for 8 - 10 weeks.

good cheese, not soft, not too hard, fenugreek gives an interesting taste, similar to nuts. The price is understandably a little more than just ordinary Gouda cheese
