Our Herbs de Provence Cheese is a real farmhouse cheese, fresh from the farm, which is absolutely worth tasting. The combination of bell pepper, Herbes de Provence and the natural smoothness of semi-matured Gouda cheese provides an unique taste sensation which will leave you astonished and yearning for more. Just as common Herbs de Provence Cheese has a maturation period of 8 to 10 weeks.
