Jersey Gouda cheese Full and Pithy
Originally the Jersey cow comes from the British island of the same name. Thanks to a long import ban, this cow breed has not been mixed with other breeds, making the Jersey cow a 100% pure-bred cow. That makes this cow very special, which is not just noticeable in the cows themselves, but also in the milk and the products that are made from it. Like the Jersey Gouda cheese which is made from the milk of Jersey cows. This milk is full and creamy in flavour and contains more fats and proteins than the milk that from regular Dutch cows. This is partly due to all the types of grasses and herbs that these cows eat. For this reason, it has been decided to make Jersey Gouda cheese as pure and natural as possible, so that the special flavours are retained.

Vegetarian rennet is used to prepare the cheese, making it also very suitable for vegetarians. The cheese is prepared and aged naturally. Jersey Gouda cheese Full and Pithy has a rich and characteristic flavour with a maturation of six months. You can taste the nature in all its flavours. Although this Full and Pithy cheese is nice and firm, the cheese can be cut well and can therefore be used and consumed in various ways. On bread, with a drink, in dishes or as a snack, the Jersey Gouda cheese Full of Pithy always fits any occasion. Pure Jersey is a delicious cheese for pure enjoyment.
