This means that the cheese is made according to an authentic recipe by the experienced cheese masters. Hereby only 100% pure North Holland meadow milk is used.
North Holland Gouda Matured is a very tasty sandwich spread thanks to its delicious creamy, full taste. The matured cheese has the structure and softness of a younger variety, but the full, pure taste of a matured cheese.
