Origin
The Nut blend cheese is produced on farm De Twee Hoeven in Haastrecht. De Twee Hoeven is located on the Steinsedijk in Haastrecht. Here you will find a dairy farm and cheese factory. The den Boer family has owned this more than 400 centuries-old farmhouse for several generations now. The current owners, Niek and Willemijn den Boer, work with great passion and craftsmanship in the cheese factory, on the cattle farm and in the farm shop. 180 dairy cows are milked twice a day in dairy farming. All this milk is then used to make their own cheeses in the cheese factory, including this delicious Nut blend cheese.
