At De Zeekraal, everything is done in the traditional way. The sheep are milked twice a day, and the fresh milk is used immediately to make cheese. The cheese matures under optimal conditions, developing its signature soft and creamy structure. Thanks to its firm consistency, the Dune Cheese is ideal for shipping by post.
