the only thing what was not so good is, on the picture, you sell the TILSITER "green" what is the very mild one, but you shipped the "red" one. Please change the picture, you should sell what you show on the picture.

Swiss Tilsiter

Bought this for a friend who is Swiss, and told me Swiss Tilsiter is good. He says it is very good and reminds him of eating it as a child in Switzerland. Personally I think it is similar to Gouda, though I understand the cheese recipe was originally introduced to people in Tilsit (East Prussia/Lithuania) by Dutch Protestants so guess that could be why. Nice cheese. Quite expensive.
