Our semi-matured cumin Gouda cheese has matured naturally over a period of 8 to 10 weeks. The cumin gives our nice and creamy semi-matured Gouda just that little bit of extra flavour. We are sure you will love it. What is more, cheese is good for you. It contains, among other things, calcium, which strengthens your bones, and the vitamins A, B and , which take care of your metabolism and your immune system. Cheese is a healthy treat!

However, when a cheese is labelled 'Gouda Holland', this is the original Dutch Gouda cheese. Of course, this is also the cheese we sell in our shop. We have Gouda cheese on offer of different maturation, ranging from young cheese (matured 4 weeks) to very old cheese (aged 3 or 4 years).

I bought this as a present so I've not tried the product but I was amazed at how fast it arrived! It took only a couple of days and around Xmas time as well, which I thought might make it a bit late. Really good packaging with the cheese wrapped airtight and some sheets of paper to cover the cheese with yourself.
Would buy from them again!

Delicious chees, as good as the cheese I used to get in Amsterdam. Can't get it in England. Well packaged, and I liked the paper for storing it after opening the plastic packet. A real treat.

I tasted this beautiful cheese for breakfast in Netherlands but can not find Gouda with Cumin of the same quality in the UK. Thanks to Gouda Shop, this is not a problem for me anymore. Fantastic! :-D
