The cheese matures under constant quality control until it reaches the perfect taste. Only then is Old Amsterdam released for sale.

Old Amsterdam doesn't have the dry and salty characteristics of regular aged cheese, but it has a wonderfully rich taste. You can always enjoy this craftsmanship, no matter how you buy Old Amsterdam: in cubes, in slices, grated, or as a whole piece.

Ingredients:
Fat 48+, pasteurized cow's milk, salt, lactic acid bacteria, rennet, preservative E251, coloring annatto.
