This famous Dutch delicacy has matured naturally for 8 to 10 weeks and is made with the highest quality ingredients, including 100% cow's milk. Highly recommended for your cheese sandwich. Our semi-mature cheese is now even more healthy because it contains a lower percentage of salt than usual. In addition our cheeses provide you with a healthy dose of vitamin A, B and D, which are good for your metabolism.

However, when a cheese is labelled 'Gouda Holland', this is the original Dutch Gouda cheese. Of course, this is also the cheese we sell in our shop. We have Gouda cheese on offer of different maturation, ranging from young cheese (matured 4 weeks) to very old cheese (aged 3 or 4 years).

Since my poisoning in 2007, I am buying my Gouda directly from Mr Peters' Shop GOUDSEKAASSHOP. Amazing what I can prepare with this wonderful cheese and
give my body the calcium it needs for me to survive.

For those with allergies, try this beauty of the nature, through the magic hands of two
wonderful brothers, working hand in hand. The milk from the cows of his brother
